THE CITY OF TREES

Boise, Idaho

Boise is a perfect representation of a Pacific Northwest capital city. When you first head into our vibrant downtown, you are sure to see the great sandstone capital with the Boise mountains in the backdrop, an image you never tire of seeing. There is also a lively arts and cultural community full of history and events. Boise also has an abundance of recreational opportunities to offer its nearly 230,000 residents. From the Greenbelt—a 26-mile bike path along the scenic Boise River—to hiking in the foothills, and even night skiiing at Bogus Basin Ski Resort, Boise is an incredible city to explore.

There are many safe neighborhood enclaves each with access to shopping, great schools, parks and more. North of downtown is the coveted and historical North End, where you will find easy access to the foothills, beautiful Victorian homes, and the popular Hyde Park area. South of downtown is the Boise Bench, the latest up-and-coming resurgent neighborhood in town. The Bench is a family-friendly area with many investment opportunities. East of downtown, known as Southeast Boise, boasts spacious homes with close proximity to downtown and all of Boise’s fine amenities. West of downtown is the Collister neighborhood, a very popular area equally situated between the foothills and the Boise river.
